1.The machine is out of order
Problem analysis: overload after the accident, transmission parts shear damage or gear teeth were broken, transmission parts damage.
Solution: replace transmission parts, repair gears, add mechanical transmission oil.
2.The start button flywheel does not work
Problem resolution: after pressing the start button, the flywheel does not turn, which may be due to the current not connected, the stuffy car during the long period of over-load operation or the abnormal installation of the V belt.
Solution: check whether the circuit is normal, adjust the tightness degree of V belt, hammer hammer hammer bond iron to remove the stuffy car state.
3. Crank slider mechanism failure
Problem analysis: the common failure of the slider mechanism is that the slider suddenly changes the sealing height or overload operation causes the dead center position in front to withstand the stuffy car.
Solution: lock the wedge iron, re-adjust the height of the slider closure, check the cause of the fault and eliminate it.
4.The crankshaft fever
Problem analysis: there is dirt between the crankshaft and the tile or the hole is too tight with the crankshaft, or the lubricating oil performance is not up to standard, the lubricating oil road is not smooth.
Solution: clean oil circuit and groove, regrind shaft neck and scrape shaft hole.
